To try to minimise the risk of your pages being altered by someone else, please try to follow these steps when updating; contact me if you need help.

DO NOT LEAVE INTERNET EXPLORER RUNNING UNATTENDED IF YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR PASSWORD.
If you are at someone else's computer when entering updates you must CLOSE DOWN Internet Explorer before leaving the computer.

After updating your page(s), for maximum security you should delete your Temporary Internet Files and your Internet History Files. This again is especially important when using someone else's computer.
(This page does not use cookies, so there is no need to clear your cookies folder!)

When you enter your password, if your computer then asks if you want it to remember your password for next time, say NO, and of course...DO NOT GIVE YOUR PASSWORD OR USER NAME TO ANYONE ELSE.
