Latest news Touring Exhibition with Workshops, sponsored and run by Kent County Council This exhibition is being held on board the Arts Bus, run by Kent County Council, displaying 17 prints of Tina's fractal artwork and running workshops introducing visitors and students to fractal art and its evolution over the last 15 years, with some hands on experience using 'Ultra fractal' software. Tina will be personally involved in some of the workshops at various schools, colleges and public venues around Kent. Other dates are already being planned for the exhibiton to tour some venues in Kent again in the summer of 2006, with plans to possibly tour in Shropshire too.
Background Tina Oloyede is an internationally recognised fractal artist, who lives and works in the UK. Her expertise lies in the creation and reproduction of her artwork, which is derived from complex and specialised mathematical formulae. Tina sells Limited Edition Prints of her work, as well as Greetings Cards and Wall Calendars. She also negotiates licenses for commercial uses of her fractals, commissions and can produce large print runs for corporate customers. She promotes, exhibits and sells her work both nationally and internationally, and has been involved with educational projects and workshops relating to Fractal Art. Tina's background is in medicine, having trained and worked as a GP for several years before becoming a commercial artist. Her artwork can be viewed on her website : www.aartika.com
