Julie Edwards

Julie produces 3-D work using a variety of materials, including silk, handmade paper, wire and found resources. Working mostly in white in order to focus on form and texture Julie's forms contain subtle variations of texture, light refracted surfaces and shadows.  Her work explores themes of change, cycles, our relationship with nature and each other. Work varies in scale from pieces that you can hold in the palm of your hand to large scale pieces that you can fit inside and installations.
