My influences are Peter Howson, Francis Bacon, Lucian Freud, Max Beckmann and Paula Rego to name but a few, I am also inspired by films, photography and my environment.
I have exhibited my work at Telford Town Centre, Gateway Shrewsbury, Wrexham Arts Centre, North East Wales Institute of art and Design : The Exhibition Room.
I have also received a Certificate of Achievement in Art and Design from New College for my time there. I have done a Foundation Deploma in Art and Design at Telford College of Arts and Technology. I graduated from Glyndwr University, Wrexham with a BA Honours in Fine Art in 2009.
In 2010 I lectured at Glyndwr University to their current students about my work and the concepts behind it. Including such topics as media making practices, symbolism and performance art.
